Asian Clothing By eClothings.com
Being the largest continent of the world, Asia is a land of several countries. Due to diversity in its culture, clothing, traditions, and food habits, it is an impossible task to bring this discussion to common point. If we talk about Asian clothing, we will certainly fall short of words because the topic is too vast. Let’s concentrate on the traditional outfits of three upcoming countries of Asia i.e. India, Japan and China.
The traditional Indian dresses for women are sari, salwaar kameez, lehnga choli, and churidaar. Men are usually dressed in kurta payjama. All outfits are available in different fabrics, prints, designs and colors. India is a rich country with diverse regions which bring variations in their clothing. Indian dresses are famous for their colors and embroideries.
Japanese kimonos are world famous. Besides that, other traditional dresses of Japan are Kamishino, Hakama, Yukatabira, Happi and much more in the list. For monsoons, the people of Japan wear jackets. Japanese clothing is renowned for its decorative embroideries and beautiful fabric works.
China is famous for its traditional silk dresses. He ch'ang-p'ao, and pien-fu are the two traditional dresses. Chinese clothing stands for some symbolism. The colors of the dresses are season oriented.
With changing trends and fashion, conventional Asian clothing is gradually getting replaced by western clothing. Both men and women like to wear formal as well as casual outfits pertaining to western designs.
